Les Toques Blanches 2012 Membership drive

Dear Members and Hospitality Professionals,

Greetings from the “Les Toques Blanches” members and board committee.

There are still many Hotels and free standing Restaurants Chefs in Seoul who do not have representatives within LTB.

LTB’s membership has been steadily growing so don’t get left behind.

Our Meetings are usualy every first Monday of the month, unless situations cause us to change or to adjust and we meet in a different venue every month. Usually Members Hotels or Restaurants.

In our meetings we discuss any topic related to our great industry, Hot News in our Hospitality business. Supplier introduce new product and interesting and informative Presentations on anything relating to the culinary or hospitality field.

Every member has a chance to speak and introduce themselves, their company or information on any promotion they might be having. Apart from the direct business side it is also a networking platform and general socializing environment. Dinner is always included at the meetings.

The other part of LTB is the membership and the more active membership we have the better our club will get. Members are encouraged to be active. Members are encouraged to regularly attend and actively participate in our monthly meetings, social events and most importantly to share their experiences and knowledge with the other Members.

LTB has the potential to grow as there are still quiet a few Chefs out there who have not joined yet and we challenge them to become involved in LTB as well. Korean Chef and members are of course very welcome; however, they should be able to communicate in English as our official language is English.

Take up the challenge, sign on again for 2012 and introduce the “Les Toques Blanches” club to other hopsitality profesional who are interested to be part of a great Club.
