The LTB is dedicated to ongoing development of culinary
arts with branch clubs in various locations worldwide.
Our Korea-based club is particularly active
with:
- Regular meetings with members to discuss topical
issues that may effect the profession in Korea.
- Social activities and events that bring members
and their families together.
- Field trips to experience new and exciting products
and Ingredients in the market place.
- Ongoing contact with other professional groups.
- Organising and coaching for competitions that, aim
to develop the future chefs.
